Had a wonderful session with Bhumika ji, I’m feeling so light before the session i was in doubt whether i should go or not but now i can say it is worth every second, the kind of relief I’m feeling is unbelievable. Still i can feel the warmth, the relaxation i felt , also did the small experiment she told me after coming back home.
When I was going to join the class, there were many questions in my mind, there was a strange confusion, but it felt very good to meet Bhumika Ma'am, her voice is still echoing in my ears, the useless thoughts that were roaming in my mind got completely cleared and my mind also got a lot of peace. My experience was very good.
